Welcome to Outdoor Pros LLC. By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services
Outdoor Pros LLC provides residential and commercial outdoor and property improvement services, including but not limited to landscaping, land clearing, construction, painting, and pressure washing. All services are performed by insured professionals and scheduled by agreement with each client.

2. Estimates & Payments
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Property Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the job site. Outdoor Pros LLC is not liable for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe working conditions.

5. Liability & Warranty
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Outdoor Pros LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control. Any workmanship warranty will be discussed prior to service and provided in writing where applicable.

6. Privacy & Communication
Your personal information is used solely for scheduling and service purposes. We never share or sell client information.

7. Updates & Modifications
Outdoor Pros LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
